Independent digital producer, Lauren Evans, has a passion for storytelling. For her, creating and sharing diverse, engaging stories is a dream come true. As an award-winning producer with Cherrydale Productions Ltd., Lauren has built a wide set of skills specialized for digital content creation. In true indie creator fashion, Lauren has guided her projects from development and grant applications, crowd funding, production, distribution, and social media marketing. Her credits include: the IPF-funded project The March Family Letters; the Bell Fund/Corus Entertainment production, All for One: Season 1; and she is currently in production with the CMF Web Series Pilot Program-funded All for One: Season 2. Lauren has been featured as one of Canada’s Next Wave creators to watch in CMPA’s Indiescreen magazine and serves as Vice-President for the Independent Web Creators of Canada, a volunteer-run nonprofit organization focused on elevating Canadian digital creators and hosts of the annual T.O. Webfest.

White Production Manager Mentorship provides hands-on, practical training in the proper handling, use, and significance of the equipment available to the industry. Over the course of this mentorship, Lauren will receive one-on-one networking opportunities with a successful female production manager and establish relationships with other professionals.
